Automation & AI ImplementationIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new AI tools for business automationBuild and optimize workflows across sales, operations, and marketingReduce manual effort and improve efficiency through automationWork with tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion AI, ChatGPT APIs, etc.🔹 2. Financial Modeling & ROI CreationBuild detailed ROI models for brands and franchise businessesCreate financial projections (revenue, cost, profitability)Support business scaling decisions using data-backed insightsCustomize models for Tier 1, Tier 2, and different business formats🔹 3. Industry & Market ResearchConduct deep-dive research across industries, competitors, and market trendsAnalyze financial benchmarks, pricing models, and expansion strategiesConvert research into actionable business recommendations🔹 4. Data Analysis & InsightsAnalyze operational and business data to identify growth opportunitiesBuild dashboards, reports, and insights for leadershipTrack performance metrics and suggest optimizations🔹 5.
