Our ambition goes beyond a B2B marketplace: we are building an AI-native procurement platform where intelligent agents can help businesses discover, compare, source and increasingly execute procurement.We are looking for a Product Lead who can turn ambiguous business problems into simple, scalable products; bridge Business and Engineering; challenge assumptions constructively; and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers.Own the B2B product vision and roadmap, balancing near-term commercial priorities with scalable long-term product architecture.Translate complex business and customer problems into detailed PRDs covering journeys, business rules, dependencies, edge cases, failure scenarios, data requirements and success metrics.Evaluate major product decisions through customer insight, data, global benchmarks and alternative scenarios; recommend the right MVP and long-term solution rather than simply documenting requests.Act as the bridge between Business and Engineering: translate business needs into clear technical requirements and technical constraints into understandable business trade-offs.Challenge constructively. Push back on unclear or over-engineered requirements, disagree with logic and data, and propose practical alternatives that create common ground.Own key B2B capabilities end-to-end, including RFQs, bulk/tiered pricing, enterprise accounts, approvals, credit, payments, invoicing, discovery and checkout.Lead, coach and raise the bar for a team of PMs across discovery, PRD quality, prioritization, execution, stakeholder management and post-launch measurement.AI First Think AI-native, not AI-added: reimagine procurement journeys rather than simply adding AI features to existing workflows.Help shape the Noon Procurement Agent - from understanding customer intent and business context to product discovery, comparison, RFQs, replenishment, approvals and eventually execution.Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on measurable customer and business value, while designing appropriate guardrails, human approvals and trust mechanisms.Work effectively with Engineering and AI/ML teams and stay current on LLMs, agents, retrieval, evaluation and emerging agentic-commerce models. You do not need to be an ML engineer, but must be able to make sharp AI product decisions.What you'll need:7+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated progression in scope and impact; experience leading and developing Product Managers is strongly preferred.Deep understanding of e-commerce or marketplace dynamics, customer journeys and unit economics; B2B commerce or procurement experience is highly preferred.Proven 0-to-1 product building experience and exceptional customer discovery and product judgment - able to uncover the real problem, challenge assumptions and turn customer and data insights into priorities.Outstanding attention to detail and ability to write rigorous PRDs, define edge cases and translate complex business needs into clear requirements Engineering can execute.Strong analytical and outcome-oriented mindset - defines success metrics upfront, experiments rapidly, measures impact and owns business outcomes beyond simply shipping features.Exceptional stakeholder leadership - able to influence, disagree and push back constructively with senior Business and Engineering stakeholders while finding pragmatic solutions.Thrives in ambiguity and changing priorities, making high-quality decisions with incomplete information and bringing structure without slowing execution.AI-first and future-ready - understands LLMs, agents and AI product fundamentals including evaluation, hallucination, latency/cost, guardrails, trust and human-in-the-loop design; ideally has shipped or prototyped AI-powered experiences.A builder's mindset - comfortable using AI tools and rapid prototypes to accelerate discovery, validate ideas and improve product-development velocity.Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
