Ltd. is a leading B2B coffee equipment company providing professional coffee machines, grinders and coffee solutions to cafés, restaurants, hotels, QSRs, corporates and institutional customers across India. We work with leading international coffee equipment brands and provide customers with end-to-end solutions covering equipment, product consultation, training, installation and after-sales service. About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Product Lead to own and grow the assigned coffee equipment product portfolio in the Mumbai / Delhi market. The role will be responsible for product strategy, market development, product positioning, new product launches, Product trials, trainings for customers and sales team ,sales enablement and product performance. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to coffee equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, commercial equipment, foodservice equipment, professional appliances or a related B2B product category. Technical and coffee competence support to sales team  Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Product Management or Business Management preferred.6–8 years of experience in Sales experience (Must), and Product Management, Category Management, Business Development or Commercial/Product roles.Experience in coffee equipment, HORECA, commercial kitchen equipment, commercial equipment, foodservice equipment, appliances or related B2B direct sales products preferred.Experience working with OEMs, distributors, dealers.Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and occasionally across India.  Location: Mumbai and Delhi Department: Product / Business Experience: 6–8 Years CTC – 10 – 15 LPA Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: Head of Business / MDInterested candidates can share their profile at venulisa.luke@kaapimachines.com , Phone No. +919606941377
