Whether learners are new to product management or moving into the field, Sachib Signatures helps them build practical capabilities that translate into measurable results.Role Description The Product Management Tools Instructor is a full-time, virtual role. The instructor will design and deliver tool-focused training sessions on leading product management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Miro, GitHub, Notion, ClickUp, Postman), using a learn-by-doing approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding learners through hands-on projects, facilitating cohort sessions, providing feedback on portfolios, and supporting learners during practical exercises. The role also involves collaborating with the program team to refine course content, aligning learning outcomes with industry needs, and contributing to community engagement and mentorship activities. The instructor will track learner progress, report outcomes, and help maintain a supportive, inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and job readiness.Qualifications Proficiency in key product management tools (such as Jira, Miro, Notion, ClickUp, GitHub, Postman) and the ability to teach their practical application.Strong product management fundamentals, including requirements gathering, backlog management, workflow design, and stakeholder communication.Experience creating and delivering structured training programs, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and assessment of learner performance.Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and support diverse learners.Ability to design and supervise hands-on projects and portfolio-building assignments that reflect real product environments.Comfort working with collaborative tools and online communities (e.g., Slack or similar platforms) to support cohorts and mentorship.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, Product Management, or Education) or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience as a product manager, instructor, or trainer in a tech or product-focused environment is highly beneficial.Commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory teaching practices, with strong organizational and
