You set the standards, encourage learning, and help your field grow while ensuring everyone has the information they need to succeed. Responsibilities: • Grow the Knowledge Base: Build a central library of resources and best practices that helps members learn faster and work better. • Build the Community: Create a space where professionals can connect, share their experiences, and solve challenges together. • Support Mentorship: Help bridge the gap between experienced mentors and eager learners, ensuring everyone has the guidance they need to grow. • Unlock Opportunities: Set the standards that help our members stand out, making it easier for them to find and land great career roles. • Keep Us Future-Ready: Help the community stay ahead by exploring new tools, like AI, and sharing how they change the way we work.• Drive Excellence & Standards: Stay up to date with global industry trends and bring them into the community through practical workshops, knowledge sessions, and clear professional standards. • Aim for Impact: Ensure the quality of our collective work stays high, so our community becomes a trusted name across the region. • Able to support the community by providing 6 hours\week after your official Woking hours to stay committed to you current employer and not affecting you role there. Qualifications: • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in your specialized field, with a deep understanding of its core principles. • Demonstrated ability to organize resources and create a knowledge base that others can easily follow. • A track record of helping others grow, whether through mentoring, teaching, or leading a small team. • Actively stays updated on global industry trends and is comfortable exploring new artifacts. • Comfortable leading workshops and knowledge sessions to share ideas clearly with a group. • A strong belief in our mission to build regional excellence and a willingness to help members succeed. • The ability to define and maintain high professional standards for yourself and others.
