Product Manager – AI Agent

岗位职责：· 负责产品从0到1和持续迭代：你会主导Agent原生产品的需求洞察、方案设计、版本规划与上线节奏，对使用率、留存率等核心产品指标负责；· 搞定电商、社媒场景的内容策略：深入理解电商、社媒等场景对内容的诉求，设计有效策略，提升生成内容的稳定性和可用性；· 搭起内容质量与营销效果的评估体系：建立量化评估和案例自动回溯机制，输出质量评分与优化建议，并和设计师一起推动内容效果持续进化；· 用数据和反馈打磨体验：持续分析用户使用数据和反馈，跟踪竞品与市场动态，提升产品易用性、视觉细节和整体体验。岗位要求：· 有3年以上产品经理或产品设计经验；· 了解AI Agent生态；· 有好奇心，自驱力强，学习能力强。加分项：· 有AI/AIGC、工具类或创作类产品经验；· 有AI Agent相关动手实践作品。Responsibilities：· Own the 0-to-1 journey: lead user insight, solution design, version planning, and launch rhythm for an Agent-native product, with direct accountability for usage and retention;· Turn e-commerce and social media content needs into product strategy: dig into how creators and sellers actually work in these scenarios, then design approaches that make generated content more stable and usable;· Build the evaluation loop for content quality and marketing impact: set up quantitative quality scoring and automatic case review, turn insights into optimization recommendations, and work with designers to keep improving content performance;· Use data and user feedback to sharpen the experience: watch usage patterns, listen to user feedback, and keep an eye on competitors and market shifts to make the product easier, more visual, and more satisfying to use.Qualifications：· 3+ years of product management or product design experience;· Familiar with the AI Agent ecosystem — you have a working sense of what agents can do today and where the edges are;· Naturally curious and self-driven: you learn fast, ask good questions, and go figure things out when the path isn't obvious;· You care about real usage and retention, not just shipping features.Nice to have：· Experience with AI/AIGC, tooling, or creative products;· Hands-on AI Agent work — a side project, prototype, or shipped experiment that shows how you think.
