If you’re driven by challenge and eager to make a significant impact in a high-caliber role, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.We’re looking for a Product Manager to work directly with our CPO, shaping innovative AI products from 0→1 in a fast-moving, hands-on startup environment.Who We WantA hands-on, Meticulous PM who becomes a "Central Power User" fastOwns UX end-to-endFinds gaps via product deep-dives + dataShips simple, high-impact improvements with minimal reviewCore MissionBecome the “Central expert” in record time and own the product experience end-to-endTurn messy complexity into a clean, simple, integrated UX across all modulesProven experience optimizing onboardings / driving higher conversion & lower dropoffs with product onboardings Hands-On Scope Own roadmap and feature definition, with strong taste in UX/UI and interaction designLead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step featuresMap the full product surface area: dashboard → every feature → how it connects across modulesTranslate product understanding into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app educationHow You OperateExtremely curious: Explores every corner of Central, asks “why,” challenges decisions, and proposes better alternativesObsessive about friction: Identifies uncaptured opportunities, inconsistencies, and missing connections between modulesCross-references spec vs staging vs production state to catch gaps and regressionsExtremely Data-driven + customer-centric: uses usage signals + customer feedback to prioritize what mattersAction-oriented prioritizer: avoids overbuilding, reduces UI clutter, and ships the simplest solution that worksQuality BarMeticulous, Detail-oriented, leaves no stone unturnedStrong judgment on what’s important vs noise.
