Product Manager - AI - FinTech

Our client, an established financial markets technology firm, is looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the development and adoption of AI across its product suite.This is a newly created, high-ownership role where you will define the AI product strategy and roadmap, identify the highest-value opportunities and drive them from idea through to production.Our client is looking for a commercially minded Product Manager who understands what modern AI can deliver and can work between clients, business stakeholders and Engineering to turn opportunities into successful products.The RoleOwn the AI product strategy and roadmap.Identify opportunities across LLMs, RAG, AI APIs and emerging AI technologies.Take AI products and features from concept through to production and adoption.Work closely with clients and Engineering to define requirements and prioritise delivery.Drive wider AI adoption across Product and Engineering.Use AI to improve software testing, QA and automation, a key priority for the business.Measure the commercial and client impact of delivered AI capabilities.What We're Looking For5–8 years' Product Management experience, ideally within technology or SaaS.Proven experience delivering AI-enabled products or features into production.Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI APIs and modern AI capabilities.Strong commercial product skills across strategy, roadmaps, prioritisation and delivery.Technical fluency to work effectively with Engineering without needing to be a developer.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience within financial markets, asset management or FinTech is advantageous.Exposure to AI-led testing, QA or automation would be particularly relevant.This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of an AI strategy and shape what gets built, where investment is made and how AI is adopted across the business.
