As Product Manager, you will take ownership of the development, management and ongoing support of Bathroom Brands’ product portfolio across Brassware, Sanitaryware, Furniture and Hotel Amenities. Working closely with Sales, Purchasing, Technical, Quality, Marketing and suppliers, you will identify market opportunities, understand customer needs and trends, and drive new product development from initial concept through to successful launch. You will also support sales teams with product training, showroom visits, specifications and day-to-day product requirements.This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision. You will be accountable for product data accuracy, website merchandising, samples and quality reviews, pricing updates, product changes and supplier communication, while ensuring NPD projects are delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for product development and design, strong commercial awareness, excellent follow-up skills and the confidence to take ownership and make informed decisions.About YouYou're a self-motivated and commercially aware product professional with a passion for product development and the bathroom industry. You enjoy working collaboratively, take ownership of your projects, and have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.You will ideally have:3–6 years' experience in the bathroom industry or a product management roleStrong knowledge of bathroom products and market trendsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong organisational, analytical, and project management abilitiesA proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience working with cross-functional teams and suppliersWillingness to travel internationally for supplier visits and industry exhibitionsWhat We Can OfferYou will turn your career aspirations into reality.
