Role DetailsPosition: Product Manager (2 Openings; billing & platform or app & payment )Department: Product & Platform Development — TrueVisions NOW (TVSNOW)Work Style: HybridLocation: True Tower 1, Ratchadapisek RoadWhat You’ll Do (Role Summary)Own end‑to‑end product responsibility across billing & platform or app & payment experiences, working closely with engineering, finance, operations, and business teamsDrive complex product domains including payment channels, billing flows, tax documentation, migration programmes, web app, My Account, marketing website, and payment journeysLead integrations and optimization for Telco Bundle, Direct Carrier Billing, Credit Card (2C2P), PromptPay QR, 7‑Eleven cash, and recurring subscription flowsDefine clear product requirements (PRDs, API specifications, user stories), manage UAT, and deliver with internal teams and external vendorsUse data, analytics, conversion funnels, A/B testing, and reconciliation analysis to prioritize improvements and deliver measurable business impact What We’re Looking For5+ years of product management experience owning complex consumer or platform products end‑to‑endHands‑on experience in payment systems, billing platforms, fintech, e‑commerce, subscription, or consumer digital productsStrong documentation, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skillsData‑driven mindset with experience using analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, MoEngage) and A/B testing tools (e.g. Firebase, Optimizely)Proficiency in Thai (written and spoken) preferred, with experience in OTT, streaming, media, or telecommunications as a plusCall‑to‑ActionReady to build products used by millions of users across Thailand?
