The Product Manager will oversee product strategy, development, and lifecycle management to ensure our portfolio meets customer and market needs. Responsibilities include conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product requirements, and managing launches. The role also involves analyzing product performance and identifying opportunities for growth while maintaining alignment with the company’s strategic goals.QualificationsProven experience in Product Management, including product strategy, development, and lifecycle managementStrong analytical and market research skills for identifying customer needs and industry trendsCollaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&DEffective communication and presentation skills for internal teams and external stakeholdersExperience in the skincare, hair care, or pharmaceutical sectors is a plusBachelor's degree in Pharmacy is a must. Previous experience as a Product Manager or Assistant Product Manager. Experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or dermaceutical industry is highly preferred. Strong marketing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans.
