Apply & track with Apply EdgeROLE PURPOSEThe Product Manager – Pharma will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for the assigned OTx portfolio (Rx & OTC) in alignment with organizational objectives to achieve sustainable long-term growth across the METAP region. The role will also provide business analytics support to the division to enable data-driven decision-making.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPortfolio Strategy & Campaign ExecutionInsights Generation: Generate sharper insights around Patient Journey and Customer Behaviour in assigned categoriesBrand Strategy and Execution: Develop GTM strategy and marketing campaigns for existing and new products; drive execution across Physicians, Pharmacies, and E-commerce/Digital channelsDevelop GTM strategy and marketing campaigns for existing and new OTx productsDrive execution across Physicians, Pharmacies, and E-commerce/Digital channelsSupport marketing initiatives for E-commerce platforms and in-pharmacy tradeBusiness Analytics & ReportingPrepare Monthly Business Reviews for the divisionLead Annual Budget preparation and trackingAnalyse brand and category performance dataDeliver ad-hoc analytics to support commercial decisionsROLE RELATIONSHIPReporting toMarketing ManagerOther Critical role membersTop ManagementProduct ManagersSales, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D / F&DCreative Agencies, Digital Agencies, Vendors, E-commerce Platforms, DistributorsSKILLS/KNOWLEDGEExperience managing OTC and Rx marketing strategyMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint (Moderate to High)Analytics & Problem Solving (Moderate to High)Communication (Medium to High)Experience managing e-commerce channel (Mild to Moderate)Understanding of Consumer Healthcare / Pharmaceutical industry QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE4 years experience in brand management in Consumer Healthcare (OTC) / Pharmaceutical is necessary.Candidates from pharmaceutical industry must have experience in handling portfolio which involves both OTC and Rx channel marketing management2-3 Years experience in handling OTC brands is strong plusExperience in managing e-commerce will be an advantageFull-time offline MBA from a reputed instituteGraduation in Health Sciences Stream (Pharmacy preferred)
