Our work spans multiple clinical disciplines, including behavioral health.Our flagship product, Neurora, is a clinical decision support SaMD that analyzes behavioral biometrics captured during diagnostic session videos to support the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. Our goal is to help more children be assessed quickly, regardless of geographic location or socioeconomic status, giving families and clinicians the objective, measurable information they need for early and effective intervention. Neurora plays a role not only in autism assessment, but in expanding access to care more broadly.About the PositionNeurora is awaiting FDA clearance and is preparing to launch later this year. The Product Manager will sit between engineering, clinical, and commercial teams, making sure Neurora actually supports clinical workflow requirements. We're looking for someone who has managed a product through a full commercial launch at an established company and can bring that experience to a growing one. The right person can take what users need and explain it clearly to engineering and R&D so they can build it, and can prioritize those needs realistically against what the existing systems can support. The right person can move seamlessly between high-level strategy discussions, logistical planning, and hands-on execution.This is not an entry-level role.ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring Neurora stays on track to meet key milestonesManage the product backlog and sprint priorities in support of the roadmap and company goalsTranslate user needs into product specifications that align with FDA regulatory requirements, in partnership with engineering and clinical leadershipMonitor how Neurora is used in practice, identifying where analyses fail, where clinicians disengage, and which features go unusedEngage regularly with clinical partners, pilot sites, and early customers to maintain a clear understanding of their needsProactively gather and analyze usage data to identify problems and opportunitiesOwn problems and opportunities from identification through to a live, working solutionSupport launch logistics, including coordination with internal stakeholders and outside agencies on marketing materials and sales collateralOperate within a regulated environment, adhering to our quality system and regulatory requirements, and safeguarding cybersecurity, intellectual property, and patient privacySupport planning for the introduction of Argus products outside the U.S., primarily in Europe and the Middle EastOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequired:Minimum of five years of product management experience, ideally at a healthcare technology, software, or life sciences companyDemonstrated experience taking a software product through a full development and commercial launch cycleBachelor's degree in business, economics, or life sciencesLegally authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred:Experience in behavioral health, autism care, or other clinical diagnostic toolsExperience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, or similar)Master's degree in business, economics, or life sciencesFormal project management experience or certificationAdditional RequirementsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailClear written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage both technical and clinical stakeholdersSufficient technical fluency to communicate effectively with software engineersComfortable working directly in tools such as Jira, analytics dashboards, and documentation platformsWillingness to travel to clinical sites within the U.S. as needed (approximately 10-20% of time)What We OfferThe opportunity to do work that makes a meaningful difference in children's livesDirect exposure to decision-making across the organizationMentorship and coaching within a collaborative teamFull-time employment at a competitive salary, commensurate with skills and experienceTools We UseJira, PostHog, Figma, and the documentation and traceability tools required for medical device development.ContactIf this opportunity interests you, please reach out to us at hiring@arguscognitive.com or connect with us on LinkedIn.
