First Product Hire + Highly Technical + Builder/OperatorLocation: New YorkWorking pattern: Hybrid: 3 days per week in the officeAs the first Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how product is built and delivered as the business continues to scale. You’ll be hands-on across strategy, discovery and execution, working closely with Engineering and the wider business.Responsibilities:Take ownership of the product roadmap, backlog and day-to-day execution, ensuring the team is focused on the highest-value opportunitiesTranslate customer and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements that engineering teams can confidently build againstWork closely with engineering to maintain momentum, remove blockers and make pragmatic prioritisation decisionsLead the development of new AI-powered product capabilities, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, effort and longer-term product strategyBring structure and clarity to the product development process as the company scales, while remaining comfortable operating with ambiguity and changeCollaborate closely with Engineering, Clinical, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure everyone understands what is being built, why it matters and what success looks likeBe genuinely hands-on and technically curious, using modern AI and prototyping tools to explore ideas, test concepts and accelerate product developmentWork within the complexities of healthcare technology, including data privacy, integrations and the requirements of clinical workflowsHelp establish the product practices, processes and culture that will support the next phase of the company's growth
