You will write clear, detailed specs with defined acceptance criteria, run sprint cadences, and make autonomous prioritisation calls that keep delivery on track without needing constant direction.You will also coordinate across Engineering, Delivery, Clinical, and Operations teams to maintain shared clarity on what is shipping and why, navigating healthcare-specific considerations such as HIPAA compliance and EHR integration requirements throughout.The CompanyThis is a US-based early-stage startup working in the health technology space, building AI-powered products designed to improve clinical and operational workflows.
