Product Manager / Senior Product Manager – AI & Healthcare SaaSLocation: New York City – Hybrid, 4 days onsiteCompensation: $150K–$220K base + equityEmployment: Full-timeI’m partnering with a well-funded, high-growth technology company building an AI-powered financial platform for the healthcare industry.Their platform helps hospitals and healthcare organizations bring together fragmented financial data, automate manual analysis and give finance teams faster, actionable insights. The business is backed by several leading venture investors and is building at the intersection of AI, healthcare and enterprise software.They’re looking for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager who enjoys owning products end-to-end and working directly with customers to solve complex, data-heavy problems.What you’ll be doing:Own products from initial discovery and definition through launch, onboarding and adoptionWork directly with healthcare finance customers to understand problems and identify what to buildTake ambiguous product ideas from 0→1Build and rapidly test prototypes using modern AI toolsPartner closely with AI Engineering, Design and delivery teamsDefine how AI agents operate, including autonomous vs human-in-the-loop workflowsOwn product metrics including activation, usage, adoption and measurable customer outcomesWhat we’re looking for:3–8 years of B2B / enterprise SaaS product experienceProven experience shipping data-heavy, workflow-driven productsStrong 0→1 product experience with real customer adoptionHands-on exposure to AI or agentic productsStrong customer discovery and stakeholder management skillsHealthcare, healthcare finance or broader finance experience is highly desirableComfortable prototyping concepts yourself using tools such as V0 or similarThis is a strong opportunity for a hands-on PM who wants significant ownership, direct customer exposure and the chance to build AI products solving meaningful problems within healthcare.Interested?
