We are HIRING for an experienced Product Manager to join an exciting digital transformation programme with a leading financial services organization in the UAE.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of taking products from concept through to launch and continuous improvement.What we’re looking for:Strong Product Management experience, ideally within banking or financial servicesExperience building and managing digital products from the ground upStrong understanding of customer journeys, UX/UI, and digital platformsExperience managing or working closely with Product Owners and cross-functional squadsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to define product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and success metricsExperience working in Agile environments with Design, Engineering, Data, and Business teamsReach out to trish.villena@globant.com for discussion!
