🚀 We're hiring: Product Manager| Bengaluru (On-site) | 6-8 YrsA well-funded, early-stage AI-first trading & broking platform (seed-funded by marquee investors, founding team ex-Goldman Sachs, top credit platforms, crypto, and investment banking) is hiring a Product Manager.About the companyThey're building India's first AI broker — with their own foundation model for quant-reasoned trading decisions, delivered in natural language. The problem: 93% of individual F&O traders in India lose money due to emotion, poor timing, and no systematic risk management, while most "AI trading tools" today are shallow wrappers that get the numbers wrong. This team is building the opposite — real-time quant analysis + integrated broking (cash & F&O) on their own license. Live today: AI screening, strategy builder, option chain analytics (IV skew, GEX, gamma), pattern detection, and a risk copilot — with AI backtesting and broking shipping next. It's a small, high-bar team, squarely in its 0-to-1 phase.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOwn the product end-to-end — write specs, work directly with design and engineering, and track the funnel post-launch. No handoffs.Translate deep, complex options data (implied vol, greeks, skew, gamma exposure) into an experience simple enough for a first-time trader to instantly understand — without dumbing it down.Define and track your own metrics; distinguish real signal from vanity dashboards.Make hard calls on what not to build — at 0-to-1 stage, prioritization matters more than the roadmap.Work with direct access to the founders, owning real scope on problems nobody in the Indian market has solved yet.Must-Haves✅ 6-8 years in product, with at least one consumer product taken from 0→1 that people genuinely loved and used (fintech preferred)✅ You actively trade — broking or F&O, with your own money on the line✅ Strong grasp of implied vol, greeks, skew, and payoff structures — enough to debate them, not just define them✅ Obsessive about simplification without oversimplifying✅ Comfortable pulling and owning your own data/metricsGood to have➕ Early experience at a 0-to-1 startup➕ Shipped AI/LLM-powered products to real users (and dealt with hallucination, latency, trust issues)➕ Experience inside a broker, exchange, or trading platform➕ Strong design/UX sensibility➕ Built specifically for Indian retail users📍 Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (On-site)
