We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – eSIM to own and develop our digital eSIM proposition across international markets.Based in Dubai, the Product Manager will take end-to-end ownership of the eSIM product lifecycle, covering product strategy, customer experience, pricing, activation, digital journeys, product development and ongoing optimisation.The successful candidate will combine telecom/eSIM knowledge with strong digital product and commercial expertise, using customer insight and performance data to improve conversion, activation, retention, ARPU and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end eSIM product roadmap, from strategy and concept through development, launch and optimisation.Manage the complete digital customer journey including plan selection, purchase, payment, QR/eSIM installation, activation, usage, top-up and renewal.Develop new eSIM products, bundles, data plans, destinations and propositions for international customers.Work closely with technology teams on eSIM provisioning, APIs, platform integrations and mobile app/web functionality.Translate commercial and customer requirements into clear product requirements, user stories and development priorities.Own and prioritise the product backlog, working within an Agile product development environment.Work closely with UX/UI teams to continually improve the digital purchasing and activation experience.Identify friction and drop-off throughout the customer funnel and implement improvements to increase conversion.Develop product pricing and packaging strategies based on customer behaviour, competitor activity, usage and margin.Monitor competitor eSIM propositions, pricing, destinations, bundles and digital experiences.Partner with Marketing and Digital Sales teams to drive customer acquisition and product adoption.Support international product launches and expansion into new countries and markets.Work with network, carrier, roaming and connectivity partners to ensure reliable service delivery.Ensure high levels of provisioning and activation reliability and work with technical teams to resolve customer-impacting issues.Use customer feedback, analytics and market insight to continuously improve the proposition.Identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, top-ups, loyalty and personalised offers.Ensure products meet relevant telecom, regulatory and compliance requirements across operating markets.Product KPIsThe Product Manager will be accountable for performance across metrics including:eSIM sales and activationsWebsite/app conversion ratePurchase-to-activation conversionCustomer acquisition and retentionRepeat purchase and top-up ratesARPUGross marginActivation success/failure rateCustomer churnCustomer satisfaction/NPSProduct revenue and profitabilityCandidate Profile5–10 years' Product Management experience, ideally within telecoms, mobile connectivity, eSIM, MVNO/MNO, travel-tech or a highly digital consumer business.Strong experience managing B2C digital products through web and/or mobile applications.Direct eSIM experience is strongly preferred.Good understanding of eSIM/eUICC technology and digital provisioning.Exposure to SM-DP+, Remote SIM Provisioning and GSMA eSIM standards would be highly advantageous.Understanding of mobile telecom environments including data, roaming, provisioning, billing and charging.Experience working with APIs and third-party platform integrations.Strong commercial understanding of pricing, revenue, margin and product profitability.Proven experience improving digital customer journeys and conversion funnels.Strong analytical skills and experience using product and customer data to make decisions.Experience working closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Digital Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and international environment.Preferred BackgroundCandidates from eSIM providers, international MVNOs/MNOs, travel connectivity businesses, roaming businesses or digital telecom platforms would be particularly relevant.Experience launching and scaling digital connectivity products across multiple international markets would be a major advantage.
