قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the roleA Product Manager is required on site for a large-scale smart campus and building intelligence programme. The role owns what the platform delivers and in what order, balancing operational priorities against technical readiness and holding the scope line as delivery progresses. It is a customer-facing position working closely with delivery, engineering and business stakeholders through to go-live and beyond.Responsibilities• Own the use case backlog and maturity roadmap, from the unified campus operations view and PSIM-aligned incident management through to fault detection and diagnostics, predictive maintenance and energy optimisation.• Govern scope and delivery boundaries, including base versus optional scope, monitoring versus control, and the change control triggers separating them.• Sequence the roadmap against integration readiness, confirming data feeds, interface approvals, system ownership and infrastructure availability before a use case is committed.• Define the target integration landscape with the technical team, covering source system priority, interface dependencies and the operational value delivered by each connected system.• Translate user personas into product decisions across command centre, facilities, security, HSE, energy and executive views.• Define success metrics and the KPI framework, and evidence realised value including consumption reduction, response time, fault detection and closure performance.• Lead demonstrations, steering updates and release planning with stc stakeholders and delivery partners.• Consolidate campus outcomes into the product roadmap for district, branch and customer-facing expansion.Requirements• Minimum 6 years in product management, with demonstrated depth in buildings, facilities management, smart infrastructure or IoT platforms.• Command of the building technology landscape, including BMS, EMS, PSIM, VMS, access control and CAFM, and how each contributes to campus operations.• Working understanding of system-to-system integration — building and OT protocols, enterprise APIs, event streaming and middleware — sufficient to assess feasibility, sequencing and dependency risk.• Proven record prioritising a roadmap against integration and data dependencies rather than stakeholder demand alone.• Strong commercial and stakeholder management capability, credible at both engineering and executive level.• Professional fluency in Arabic and English. Preferred• Sustainability and net-zero reporting exposure, including GHG protocols and energy baselining.• Digital twin, BIM or GIS product experience.• Exposure to vendor platforms such as Johnson Controls OpenBlue, Honeywell or Siemens.• Agile delivery certification.
