Product Manager

Role SummaryWe are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of technology products that combine physical devices, software capabilities and operational workflows.This role will work closely with business, operations and technology teams to translate user and operational needs into scalable product solutions. You will be involved across the product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, implementation and ongoing optimisation.The ideal candidate has experience managing products within a hardware-enabled technology environment and is comfortable working across both technical and commercial stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive product enhancements across hardware-enabled products and supporting digital platformsGather business and user requirements and translate them into clear product requirements and solutionsWork closely with Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Sales and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycleCoordinate hardware and software integration requirements and ensure alignment across different product componentsDrive product testing, UAT, pilot implementation and production rolloutsIdentify opportunities to improve user experience, operational workflows and product efficiencyManage product issues and feedback, prioritising enhancements together with relevant stakeholdersMonitor product adoption, usage and performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvementMaintain product requirements, documentation and relevant operational materialsSupport product implementation and alignment across different marketsRequirements3–5+ years of Product Management or related product experienceExperience working with hardware-enabled technology products, smart devices, connected devices or integrated hardware/software solutionsGood understanding of how hardware products interact with software applications and backend systemsExperience managing requirements, product testing, implementation and ongoing enhancementsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and business teamsStructured and analytical approach to problem solvingComfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environmentGood to HaveExperience in B2B technology, enterprise solutions, retail technology, fintech, IoT or other device-led technology environmentsExposure to Android-based or other smart device ecosystemsExperience with device integration and third-party hardware/software componentsExperience supporting regional or multi-market product launches and implementations
