A fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up in retail-tech / martech, already trusted by major global retail brands and gearing up for Series A next year - has never had a dedicated PM. You'd build the function from scratch.This isn't a roadmap job. It's a get-it-shipped job. You'll sit inside requirements, sprint delivery, QA and release - close to the detail, close to Engineering, close to the outcome.You'll own:Turning strategy into validated, de-risked delivery plansSprint ceremonies, backlog, blockers — start to finishDesign sign-off before work hits a sprintRelease quality — you write the test plans, you catch what slips throughThe documentation that makes the whole thing scaleYou are:3+ years in Product, Delivery, Technical PM or Consulting - B2B SaaS preferred, retail-tech/martech a bonusTechnical enough to read a payload and not blink at a codebaseA sharp, fast writer — a clean ticket and a clear process doc, same morningSelf-directed.
