Product Manager – MerchmixBengaluru, IndiaMerchmix is looking for a Product Manager to help shape and build the next generation of retail technology.You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering and Business teams to develop products across our Planning, Merchandising, PLM, Allocation, Planogram, ERP, OMS, WMS and BI suites.What You’ll DoOwn features from discovery through launchTranslate business problems into clear product requirements and roadmapsWork closely with Design and Engineering to build intuitive, scalable productsConduct user research, competitor analysis and product discoveryDefine workflows, user stories and acceptance criteriaPrioritise features based on customer value, business impact and technical feasibilityWork directly with retail customers and internal domain expertsAnalyse product usage and continuously improve existing featuresWhat We’re Looking For3–5+ years of Product Management experienceExperience in SaaS, B2B technology, retail, e-commerce, ERP or supply chain productsStrong product discovery and requirement-gathering skillsExperience working closely with Engineering and Design teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmentStrong ownership mindset and attention to detailExperience with retail planning, merchandising, inventory, supply chain, ERP or enterprise SaaS products would be a significant advantage.About MerchmixMerchmix is building an integrated operating platform for modern retail, covering merchandise planning, PLM, allocation, visual merchandising, ERP, OMS, WMS, supplier collaboration and business intelligence.If you enjoy solving complex problems and want to have a real influence on how a growing product is built, we’d love to hear from you.
