About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor / Project Manager to manage multiple residential interior projects from execution to handover. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to handle clients, vendors, and site teams efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple interior project sites simultaneously.Plan, coordinate, and monitor site execution as per drawings and project timelines.Provide regular site updates to the internal team and clients through WhatsApp, calls, photos, and videos.Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and carpenters to ensure smooth project execution.Resolve on-site technical challenges and make practical decisions to keep projects on schedule.Ensure work quality, safety standards, and timely completion of projects.Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress.Communicate professionally with clients, address concerns, and provide timely updates.Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper site planning.Requirements1–5 years of experience in interior execution, site supervision, or project management.Good understanding of residential interior execution and site technicalities.Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with interior design software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar is a plus).Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Comfortable with extensive field work and client meetings.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Valid two-wheeler or willingness to travel for site visits is preferred.Preferred SkillsAbility to read and understand technical drawings.Experience coordinating with vendors and contractors.Strong planning and project management skills.Good documentation and reporting abilities.Work ModelSix-days in a week
