Employer OverviewA growing technology company based in Florida, focused on developing and continuously improving digital products and software solutions.The organization works closely with leadership, developers, designers, clients, and users to translate business needs and user feedback into impactful and user-centric product experiences.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Product Manager to help manage the direction, planning, and continuous improvement of digital products.The role will work with leadership, developers, designers, clients, and users to understand needs, define features, prioritize work, and translate ideas into clear requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp own the planning, organization, and improvement of company products.Work with leadership to understand product goals, priorities, and business needs.Gather and organize feedback from clients, users, support, and internal teams.Turn ideas and feedback into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Define feature scope, workflows, user flows, expected behavior, and success criteria.Use project management tools to organize product roadmaps, feature requests, timelines, priorities, and development tasks.Work with designers on wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and product experience.Work with developers to clarify requirements and answer questions during development.Prioritize features, improvements, bugs, and enhancements based on business value and user impact.Review completed features to make sure they match the intended product experience.Help coordinate product releases, testing, documentation, and training.Track user pain points, product issues, and opportunities for improvement.Create and maintain product documentation, feature notes, SOPs, and release notes.QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in Product Management.Experience managing software, SaaS, web app, CRM, portal, or digital product work.Strong experience using project management tools such as Wrike, ClickUp, Jira, Linear, Asana, Trello, or similar.Product planning and prioritization & Product requirementsAcceptance criteriaFeature scope definitionProduct roadmapsProduct feedback analysis & Product release coordinationWrike, ClickUp, Jira, Linear, Asana, or similarStrong English is required.Ability to translate ideas and feedback into clear product requirements.Ability to define workflows, user flows, expected behavior, and success criteria.Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, clients, users, and leadership.
