Product Manager

We work on next-generation challenges including deepfake and synthetic media investigation, multimodal content understanding and moderation, AI guardrailing, and other cutting-edge AI safety problems. We're building products at the intersection of AI, trust, and internet safety—and we're looking for builders who thrive in ambiguity and want to shape products from the ground up.About the RoleWe're looking for a Product Manager who has built products from 0-1—someone who has taken an idea from concept to launch, navigated uncertainty, and shipped products that solve real customer problems. You'll work closely with founders, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define product strategy, validate customer needs, and drive end-to-end execution in a fast-paced AI startup.What You'll Do• Own products and features from 0fi1, from discovery and validation to launch and iteration.• Conduct customer interviews, analyze user behavior, and identify high-impact product opportunities.• Translate customer insights into PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.• Partner with engineering and design teams to build high-quality product experiences.• Define success metrics, track product performance, and use data to drive product decisions.• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure successful product adoption. • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning while balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.What We're Looking For Mandatory Requirements • 2–4 years of Product Management experience in a startup or SaaS environment.• Proven 0fi1 product-building experience—this is a mandatory requirement.• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product execution, from identifying a problem to launching a solution.• Strong analytical thinking and first-principles problem-solving.• Technical understanding of software development, APIs, databases, and product development workflows.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have• Engineering background (B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field preferred).• Experience working directly with founders or founding teams.• Hands-on experience with AI tools for product research, prototyping, or workflow optimization.• Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Notion, and product analytics tools.• Interest or experience in AI, trust & safety, content moderation, or cybersecurity products.What Makes You a Great Fit • You're a builder, not just a feature manager.• You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy creating structure from chaos.• You combine customer empathy with data-driven decision-making.• You have a strong ownership mindset and move quickly without compromising quality.• You're excited about solving some of the internet's toughest AI safety challenges.Why Join Us? • Build products tackling deepfakes, synthetic media, and AI safety at the forefront of the industry. • Work directly with founders and influence product strategy from day one.• Own meaningful product decisions with end-to-end responsibility.• Be part of a fast-moving, VC-backed startup where your work has immediate impact.
