Overview Of The PositionThis role serves a critical function in customer relations and project follow-up within product engineering. The core value of the position is to provide clear and rigorous information to support team decision-making throughout a product's entire lifecycle. The professional will handle international business and cross-departmental coordination to ensure seamless technical issue resolution and progress tracking.Key Responsibilities Draft, compile, and present various work reports throughout the product’s entire lifecycle. Track project progress, review technical issues, and analyze quality data. Organize data, create charts, and format formal technical documents in accordance with standards. Coordinate across departments and communicate effectively internally and externally. Analyze complex technical issues precisely and exercise independent judgment. Handle English technical materials and conduct international business independently.Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher from a well-known, top-tier university. Fluent in all aspects of English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing). Proficient in using various mainstream office software. At least 5 years of full-time work experience in product engineering or related fields.1
