Product Manager

I’m working with one of the fastest-growing Fintech businesses in the MENA region, who are hiring a Product Manager – Payments in Dubai!🛠️ Key Responsibilities:• Own and optimise the end-to-end customer funding journey.• Drive deposit conversion, payment success and withdrawal performance.• Own the customer journey across onboarding, KYC, deposits, account funding and withdrawals.• Analyse payment provider performance, routing, retries and failed-payment recovery.• Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Finance and Commercial.• Use data, funnel analysis and experimentation to identify friction and improve customer outcomes.✅ Requirements:• Strong Product Management background – 3–5+ years.• Strong Fintech / financial services experience.• Hands-on experience owning customer deposits and withdrawals.• Experience improving conversion, payment success, routing, retries or recovery journeys.• Strong data-led product thinking, ideally including SQL, funnel analysis and experimentation.• Ideally experience owning stored balances, wallets, account funding and payment provider routing / cascading.• Preference for backgrounds in crypto exchanges, iGaming, neobanks/wallets, retail investing, remittance or brokerage/CFD.🎁 Additional Information:• Salary: Market Rate + performance-related bonus and many other benefits.• Remote working from anywhere in the world in the summer.• Hybrid role: 3 days a week in the Dubai office and 2 days from home.If this sounds like you, please hit apply below!
