Role Description This is a full-time Product Manager role based on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Product Manager will lead the development, delivery, and enhancement of innovative products aligned with clients' needs and business objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and overseeing product lifecycle management. The Product Manager will ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards and driving customer satisfaction. Qualifications Product Management and Strategic Planning: Strong expertise in defining product vision, creating roadmaps, and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.Analytical and Research Skills: Ability to conduct market and user research, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.Technology and Tools: Familiarity with digital tools such as project management software, data analysis tools, and ERP systems like Odoo.Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations.Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members.Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic business environments.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Experience in the Technology Industry: Prior experience in tech-driven domains such as AI, cloud computing, or ERP implementations is highly advantageous.
