Product Manager

You will be the first product hire responsible for our AI Delivery Platform, including RinfCode, our AI-augmented software development approach, and rinf AI Gateway, the technical layer through which models, agents, tools and enterprise data can be used securely within customer environments.This is not a role where you inherit a mature SaaS product and optimise an existing roadmap.You will help determine what the product actually is.You will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Commercial: understanding customer problems, deciding which capabilities should become reusable product, working with engineering to build them, validating them with real users, and determining how we package, price and take them to market.A central part of your job will be deciding what becomes product, what remains professional services or customer-specific engineering, and what we deliberately do not build.You will have access to the customer relationships, engineering capability and real-world deliverResponsibilities & MissionLead the productisation of our AI Delivery Platform, turning proven engineering capabilities, tooling and know-how into a scalable product.Define the product vision, boundaries, ICP and roadmap, including what we deliberately choose not to build.Drive continuous customer discovery and validation with enterprise customers, prospects and engineering teams.Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture to translate customer problems into reusable platform capabilities and product requirements.Own prioritisation, release direction and build-vs-buy-vs-integrate decisions, balancing customer value, technical feasibility and scalability.Define how we measure AI product quality and outcomes, including adoption, reliability, task success, latency, cost and business impact.Shape the commercial model, including packaging, pricing, product tiers and the balance between licensed product, usage-based capabilities and services.Partner with Sales and Pre-sales on positioning, demos and strategic opportunities while ensuring commercial promises remain aligned with product capabilities.Establish the product operating model and, as the platform grows, build and lead the product function around it.Qualifications & SkillsetA strong software engineering background, with meaningful experience building and maintaining production software.3–5+ years of technical product ownership or equivalent experience transitioning from engineering into product leadership.Strong technical fluency across APIs, distributed systems, cloud/platform technologies, developer tooling or engineering productivity.Hands-on experience building with LLMs and modern AI technologies, including agents, RAG/context approaches, evaluation, observability and AI application workflows.Ability to make strong product decisions under ambiguity, separating interesting technology from capabilities customers will actually adopt and pay for.Experience taking a prototype, internal capability or customer-specific solution and turning it into a repeatable product.Strong commercial judgement, including understanding of pricing, packaging, product economics, implementation effort and enterprise sales cycles.Solid enterprise product instincts, particularly around security, privacy, auditability, data governance and controlled/on-premise deployments.Ability to communicate and influence across engineering, executives, customers, Sales and Commercial teams, including confidently challenging assumptions and saying no when necessary.Fluent English and the ability to connect technology, customer problems and commercial outcomes into a clear product direction.
