Product Manager

You’ll see the impact of your work every day and join at the perfect inflection point: the product is proven, traction is real and it is still early enough that your work will help shape how Zelt grows.This role operates at the centre of a growing startup - you'll shape the roadmap, work hands-on with customers and help build the operational backbone of the company, all while learning directly from a founder who's in the trenches with you every day.What you'll do:Work closely day-to-day with the Engineering Manager, QA and engineers to plan sprints, unblock delivery, and ship features on time and to a high barKeep a close eye on customer feedback and market opportunities, working with account management and customer success to make sure real user needs are constantly feeding the roadmapDefine and refine requirements, run design and scoping discussions, and make the trade-off calls that keep delivery movingOwn quality end-to-end, partnering with QA and engineers on test plans and acceptance criteria, not just handing off a specDig into the details that matter, from configuration to compliance and become a genuine expert in how the product works under the hoodHelp build the systems and processes that let a growing company run smoothly, from documentation to internal toolingWork side-by-side with the founding team, with real input into decisions and real ownership over outcomes.What we're looking for:First-class degree (or international equivalent) from a top-tier university, with a demonstrated record of academic excellenceExperience working in a growing startup or scaleup, ideally in a fast-paced environmentSomeone who's excited to wear multiple hats and grow their scope as the company growsA sharp, curious problem-solver who wants to understand the "why" behind every feature and every customer requestStrong collaborator who can work fluently with engineering, Design, QA and commercial teams, comfortable in the technical detail without needing to write the codeA sharp ear for customer feedback and a nose for spotting the opportunity buried in itStrong communication skills and the judgment to know when to escalate versus when to run with itA self-starter who's energised by ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
