Our mission is to make hiring more flexible and reliable for businesses, while giving people greater freedom, fairer access to work, and more opportunities to earn.We’re Hiring: Technical Product Manager (AI-Native)Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 THB/monthRole OverviewWe are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can bridge product, business, and engineering.This role combines responsibilities traditionally handled by a Product Manager and Product Owner: understanding business needs, shaping product ideas, defining requirements, prioritizing work, and working closely with the development team to deliver useful products.You do not need to be a professional software engineer, but you should be technically comfortable, able to understand basic code, and capable of building simple prototypes using AI-assisted / vibe-coding tools.ResponsibilitiesOwn product requirements from idea → validation → specification → development → release → improvement.Act as both Product Manager and Product Owner for assigned products.Work directly with developers to clarify requirements, priorities, trade-offs, and acceptance criteria.Translate business problems into practical product and technical requirements.Research users, competitors, business needs, and available data before proposing solutions.Present product ideas with clear reasoning and evidence, not just personal preference.Prioritize features based on impact, effort, risk, and business value.Prototype or explore ideas using AI-assisted coding tools when useful.Use LLMs extensively for research, analysis, documentation, ideation, prototyping, and productivity.Accept that not every idea will be approved. Be comfortable receiving feedback, revising ideas, and moving on without becoming discouraged.Continuously improve your own product, technical, business, and AI skills.Work independently and proactively without requiring detailed instructions for every task. RequirementsStrong product thinking and problem-solving skills.Able to communicate effectively with both business and engineering teams.Comfortable with basic software development concepts, APIs, databases, system architecture, and reading simple code.Vibe-codable: able to use tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools to create prototypes or investigate technical ideas.Fluent with LLMs: able to use modern AI tools effectively rather than treating them as simple chatbots.Able to research, validate assumptions, and make evidence-based recommendations.Comfortable with constructive disagreement and having proposals rejected or changed.Self-sufficient, curious, and committed to continuous self-improvement.Good to HaveExperience or knowledge in one or more of the following is highly valuable:Business Analysis — process analysis, requirements gathering, data analysis, stakeholder interviews.Marketing — customer segmentation, positioning, acquisition, conversion, or product marketing.Solution Architecture — APIs, integrations, cloud systems, databases, infrastructure, and technical trade-offs.Software development or hands-on technical project experience. What We ValueWe value someone who can say:“Here is the problem, here is the evidence, here are the options and trade-offs, and this is why I recommend this approach.”—not simply:“I think we should build this.”BenefitsSocial security coverageOvertime payAttendance allowanceBonusesCompany parties and dinnersAccrued days off and annual leave based on length of serviceOur office is located in the P23 Building, near MRT Sukhumvit and BTS Asok stations.
