---------FinTech & AI Platforms ------Antal International is collaborating with one of the leading government entities in Abu Dhabi to hire a Product Manager's to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of complex AI-enabled fintech and digital platforms.This is a high-impact opportunity to shape next-Generation digital and financial technology platforms within a leading Abu Dhabi government affiliated entity.Senior Product Manager -1 PositionProduct Manager -2 PositionsLocation : Abu Dhabi, UAELevel: Manager / Senior Manager / Product LeadershipIndustry: Government / FinTech / Digital PlatformsSalary - AED 28,000 to AED 38,000 （based on the experience）+ BenefitsAbout the OpportunityThe role will translate government policy, regulatory requirements, market needs, and stakeholder objectives into secure, scalable, compliant, and commercially viable digital products.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery through delivery, launch, and scale.Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, KPIs, and value proposition.Translate regulatory, government, and market requirements into actionable product strategies and backlogs.Lead cross-functional delivery with technology, engineering, AI/data, architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, and external vendors.Manage senior relationships with government entities, regulators, financial institutions, and strategic partners.Drive product governance, delivery risks, dependencies, release readiness, and operational handover.Develop strategies for regional and international product expansion.Present product strategy, progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.Ideal Candidate8+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Products, Platform Delivery, or related roles.Strong experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Payments, RegTech, AI/Data Platforms, or highly regulated environments.Proven track record managing complex, large-scale, multi-stakeholder products from concept to scale.Strong understanding of digital platforms, AI/data products, cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise technology.Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline ; Master's/MBA preferred.
