Product Manager (Fintech)Domain: Fintech - Lending (BNBL)Location: D1, Ho Chi Minh City1. Job PurposeWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our fintech product. The ideal candidate will combine deep product management expertise with a strong understanding of financial services, regulatory requirements, and emerging fintech trends. You'll work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our customers' financial experiences.2. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Head of Product, define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunitiesConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the fintech landscapeCollaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, andtechnical feasibilityDevelop and maintain product requirements documents (PRDs) and user storiesPartner with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality product deliveryCollaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements3. Requirements5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial servicesStrong technical foundation, preferably with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or other technology-related fields from reputable technology universitiesProven experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments, managing products end-to-end from concept to launchSolid understanding of fintech and digital banking, specializing in BNPL, embedded finance and digital payment productsStrong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and security standards (PCI DSS, SOC 2, KYC/AML)Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proficiency with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platformsCustomer-centric mindset with strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skillsProfessional English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
