The company partners with startups and growth-stage enterprises to help them future-proof their operations through practical, results-oriented automation.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Mangaluru. The Product Manager will own the product lifecycle for AI agents and automation solutions, from discovery and requirements gathering through specification, development, and launch. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams, translating client needs into clear product roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility. The role involves conducting market and user research, defining metrics for product success, monitoring performance post-launch, and iterating based on data and feedback. The Product Manager will also support sales and customer success teams with product insights, demos, and documentation, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.QualificationsStrong product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder management.Experience working with AI, ML, or data-driven products, ideally involving NLP, speech technologies, or generative AI.Ability to conduct user and market research, analyze product performance metrics, and make data-informed decisions.Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.Experience in B2B or enterprise products, preferably in automation, SaaS, or customer experience solutions.Comfort with agile methodologies and iterative product development practices.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; a relevant advanced degree is a plus.Track record of end-to-end ownership of product initiatives and delivering outcomes for customers.Ability to work on-site in Mangaluru and engage directly with clients and internal teams.
