Our customer is seeking a commercially minded Product Growth Manager to take ownership of the strategy, performance and market expansion of key digital product modules. This is an opportunity to lead products from strategy through execution, improve customer value, and deliver measurable growth across both B2B and B2C markets.The successful candidate will manage one or two strategic areas of a broader digital platform, combining product management, customer insight, analytics and growth strategy to increase acquisition, adoption, engagement, retention and revenue. Working closely with technical product managers, engineering teams and senior business stakeholders, you will help scale impactful digital experiences in a fast-moving environment.Key responsibilitiesDefine and own the product vision, roadmap, objectives and performance targets for assigned digital product areasIdentify new commercial opportunities, develop monetisation initiatives and support sustainable revenue growthAnalyse customer behaviour, market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product prioritiesConduct user research and translate insights into clear product opportunities and development requirementsWork closely with technical product managers and engineering teams to deliver high-impact, commercially valuable featuresDevelop and execute growth strategies across user acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement and retentionSupport expansion across both business and consumer customer segmentsPartner with commercial, marketing, operations and other internal stakeholders to drive scale and achieve agreed targetsEstablish and monitor key performance indicators, using data to identify optimisation opportunitiesLead prioritisation and decision-making in a dynamic environment where customer needs and commercial objectives must be balancedBuild strong relationships across the organisation and maintain alignment around product goals, delivery plans and business outcomesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Technology or a related discipline7–10 years of product management experience, ideally within growth, monetisation, digital products or user acquisitionDemonstrable success in increasing user adoption, improving retention and delivering measurable revenue growthExperience managing product strategy, roadmaps and performance objectives for digital products or platformsStrong understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models, with exposure to both environments highly desirableProficiency in data analysis, product analytics and modern product management toolsCommercially aware, customer-focused and comfortable using evidence to guide product decisionsStrong ability to conduct user research, interpret market insight and prioritise product opportunitiesExcellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to collaborate with technical, commercial and cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving, judgement and decision-making capabilitiesComfortable leading change and managing performance in a fast-paced, evolving organisationTeam-oriented approach with the confidence to take ownership and lead through influenceStrong relationship-building skills and a high level of professional confidentialityRecruitment processThe position is newly available, so interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
