Product Manager

Position OverviewThe Product Manager will lead development of a distributed ledger technology platform supporting complex data workflows and strategic business initiatives. This role will partner with engineering, business stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership to define product direction, improve data models and APIs, and deliver scalable solutions in an agile environment.Mandatory Requirements:6–10+ years of Product Management experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.Proven experience leading technical teams and strategic product initiatives.Strong technical understanding of APIs, data models, integrations, and scalable platform functionality.Hands-on data analysis experience, including SQL.Experience defining requirements, user stories, roadmaps, and implementation plans.Strong executive, client, and stakeholder communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead new product initiatives from concept through implementation and ongoing improvement.Define product strategy, roadmaps, data models, and API capabilities with business and engineering stakeholders.Manage client integrations and coordinate execution across technical teams.Partner with engineering leaders to maintain API performance, connectivity, and product quality.Identify business needs, translate requirements into product solutions, and oversee testing and delivery.Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and resource needs to senior stakeholders.Mentor team members and support effective execution across concurrent initiatives.Monitor relevant competitive, legal, and compliance considerations.Preferred QualificationsFinancial services or fintech experience, particularly within alternative investments.Experience with distributed ledger or blockchain-based platforms.Background in data engineering or quantitative disciplines.
