As a heavily regulated institution with oversight from 18+ financial regulators across 5 continents, and recipient of over 80 financial awards, MultiBank Group is devoted to innovation, excellence, and empowering our clients to achieve their financial goals.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve the back-office capabilities supporting our trading ecosystem.This role is focused on ensuring the platform is effectively configured, integrated, and evolved to support our business, operational, and technology requirementsYou will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Dealing, Support, to ensure the platform effectively supports our brokerage operations.What You’ll DoOwn the product roadmap, requirements, and backlog.Define and improve brokerage operational workflows and platform configuration.Own requirements for integrations between our MT5, KYC, Payments, Finance, CRM, and internal systems.Define data flows, system-of-record responsibilities, status synchronization, reconciliation, and exception handling.Support client and trading account administration, including account types, statuses, leverage, currencies, and configurations.Translate operational requirements into clear product requirements, workflows, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.Work with Engineering and Architecture on technical discovery and integration design.Partner with Operations, Compliance, Support, and Dealing to identify bottlenecks and improve internal workflows.Own vendor discussions with our third-party technology partner, including feature requests, platform gaps, releases, and upgrades.Coordinate UAT, releases, operational readiness, and post-release improvements.Required Skills & Experience4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.Experience in FinTech, online trading, brokerage, or financial services.Strong understanding of brokerage back-office operations.Experience working with third-party platforms or vendor-based products.Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and status synchronization.Experience defining complex operational workflows and translating them into technical requirements.Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with Engineering and Operations teams.Ability to understand and manage multiple interconnected systems.Preferred ExperienceMT4 / MT5Brokerage CRM or back-office platformsTrading account managementKYC/AML integrationsPayment integrationsWallet or ledger systemsBrokerage reporting and reconciliationIB / partner management platformsMulti-entity or multi-license brokerage environmentsTechnical UnderstandingYou do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable discussing:REST APIs and webhooks.System-of-record concepts.Data and status synchronization.Event-driven and asynchronous processes.Integration failures, retries, and recovery.Reconciliation and audit trails.Permissions and access control.MT5 integrations and trading-account lifecycle.
