Product ManagerDubai, UAE | AED 10,000 - 15,000 per monthDigital Assets | Fintech | ProductOur client is a UAE-based, regulated financial technology company operating at the intersection of digital assets, payments and financial services.The business is building and scaling a next-generation platform designed to make digital assets more accessible across the Middle East, combining consumer trading, fiat connectivity, stablecoins, digital-asset infrastructure and institutional services.As the company continues to expand its product offering, they are looking for an ambitious Product Manager to join the team in Dubai.This is an opportunity for someone with around 2 years of product management experience who wants significantly more ownership than they would typically get within a large corporate environment.The OpportunityYou will work closely with senior product, engineering, design, compliance and commercial stakeholders to help take products from idea through to launch and continuous improvement.This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to understand customer problems, translate them into clear product requirements, work closely with engineers and designers, and use data and customer feedback to improve the product.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across products involving:Digital assets and cryptocurrencyPayments and fiat on/off-rampsMobile and web productsTrading and transaction experiencesCustomer onboarding and KYC journeysWallet and account functionalityInstitutional and professional-user productsStablecoin and digital-asset productsProduct analytics and customer experienceKey ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage product features from discovery through to delivery and launch.Work with engineering and design teams to define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.Translate customer and business requirements into clear product roadmaps and priorities.Conduct user research and analyse customer feedback to identify product opportunities.Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.Work closely with compliance, operations and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory and business requirements.Collaborate with engineering teams throughout development, testing and release.Define and track key product metrics and KPIs.Support product launches and communicate new functionality internally and externally.Continuously improve customer journeys, particularly onboarding, funding, trading and transaction flows.Stay close to developments across fintech, payments, digital assets and financial technology.Help identify new product opportunities as the business expands across the UAE and wider MENA region.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone with approximately 2 years of experience in Product Management who is ready to take the next step in their career.You should have:2+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product role.Experience working with digital products, ideally within fintech, payments, banking, crypto, SaaS or another technology-led environment.Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.Experience writing user stories, product requirements and acceptance criteria.Experience working directly with engineering and design teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to use data and customer feedback to make product decisions.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.A hands-on, commercially minded approach to product development.The ability to operate effectively in a lean environment where you will have genuine ownership.Desirable ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following would be particularly relevant:Cryptocurrency or digital assetsExchanges or trading platformsPaymentsBanking or fintechWalletsKYC / onboardingFiat payment railsStablecoinsFinancial applicationsConsumer mobile applicationsB2B or institutional financial productsYou do not need to be a crypto expert.
