Product Manager

3-8 years experience in product operations or product management.Product Operations is the connective tissue between Product, Design, Engineering,Marketing and the wider business. As Product Operations Manager, you'll own processesthat keep product development moving - making sure teams are aligned, decisions aregrounded in data, and delivery is predictable.You'll run these core processes independently and reliably, spot where they're creaking, andlead the fixes. This role is for someone who enjoys making other teams faster, increasingtransparency, and getting hands-on to address blockers.What You'll Bring3+ years in product operations, programme or project management, or a comparable role in a product-led organisation.Hands-on experience with product and collaboration tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Notion).Proven experience of leveraging AI to automate workflows and reduce manual processes.Comfort working with product data - you can pull it, interrogate it and present it.Experience with an analytics platform (e.g., Mixpanel, Metabase, Looker) is a plus.A track record of running processes that span multiple teams and functions.Excellent written and spoken English.What You'll Do-Build and Run Great Product ProcessesExecute core product operations processes independently and reliably - roadmap tracking, planning cycles, reporting and delivery rituals.Identify bottlenecks in our product processes and proactively unblock them, rather than waiting for escalation.Use AI and automation to reduce manual effort in our operational processes.Suggest and implement incremental workflow improvements, based on your experience and feedback from the teams using them.Use our tooling effectively to support roadmap tracking, reporting and delivery visibility.-Support the Product Operations Director with Our Core Rituals-Turn Data into Product Insights-Keep Teams Aligned and Enabled-Lead Initiatives
