Product Manager – ComperoLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeWork Mode: On-site About ComperoCompero is an AI-powered food delivery comparison platform that helps users discover meals and compare options across multiple food delivery platforms in one place.We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can take ownership of the product, work closely with our development and design teams, and help us build and continuously improve Compero.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the Compero product roadmap.Translate business ideas and customer needs into clear product requirements.Create and manage user stories, features, priorities, and development tasks.Work closely with Backend, Frontend, AI, UI/UX, and QA teams.Prioritize features based on business impact, user experience, and technical feasibility.Monitor product performance, user behavior, retention, conversion, and engagement.Identify problems and opportunities through product data and user feedback.Manage product releases and ensure features are delivered on time.Continuously analyze competitors and food-tech market trends.Improve the complete customer journey from meal discovery to comparison and redirection to delivery platforms.Support the development and improvement of AI-powered features.Maintain a clear backlog and ensure the development team always has well-defined priorities.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.Strong understanding of mobile applications and digital products.Experience working directly with software development teams.Good understanding of APIs, backend systems, frontend applications, and AI-powered products.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong English communication skills.Nice to HaveExperience in FoodTech, marketplaces, comparison platforms, e-commerce, or delivery applications.Experience with AI-powered consumer products.Understanding of analytics tools, A/B testing, conversion funnels, and retention.Experience launching and scaling mobile applications.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who does more than manage tasks.
