For more information, visit www.tcs.com and follow TCS news at @TCS_News.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor the P&L of all products within the Digital Enterprise Solutions portfolio, including revenue, costs, profitability, margins, and performance against targets.Prepare and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, revenue targets, and periodic variance analysis, and identify opportunities to improve profitability or address financial underperformance.Personally manage product-related accounting activities in coordination with Finance and Accounting, including entries, accruals, reversals, provisions, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and cost allocations.Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies, revenue leakage, incorrect charges, missing entries, or other issues affecting product financials, while maintaining clear supporting records and audit trails.Own product pricing structures and pricing governance, including periodic pricing reviews, profitability assessment, client pricing proposals, and evaluation of pricing exceptions or commercial concessions.Develop and maintain financial business cases for new products, enhancements, strategic initiatives, and investments, and monitor realization of expected financial benefits after implementation.Establish and maintain portfolio governance standards, including policies, procedures, SOPs, controls, decision records, documentation repositories, action trackers, and management reporting requirements.Coordinate governance matters with Finance, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Technology, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders, and track observations or remediation actions to closure.Develop and maintain portfolio KPIs and dashboards covering financial performance, transaction values and volumes, client adoption, utilization, service quality, and strategic delivery.Produce regular portfolio performance reports for management, highlighting trends, exceptions, financial impacts, risks, and recommended actions.Assess the financial, governance, and control impacts of technical or product changes and participate in relevant design, change, and implementation discussions.Maintain sufficient technical understanding of APIs, transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, digital banking architecture, and system integrations to effectively govern and financially manage the portfolio.Qualification and Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.Experience in banking, fintech, digital payments, transaction banking, wholesale banking, or digital financial products is strongly preferred. Practical experience with product P&L, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, financial analysis, accounting coordination, or portfolio performance management. Strong understanding of accounting entries, accruals, reconciliation, revenue and cost structures, and financial controls relevant to banking or digital products. Working technical knowledge of APIs and integrations, REST/SOAP concepts, JSON/XML, transaction flows, settlement and reconciliation processes, and digital banking platforms. Advanced analytical capability and proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modelling, reporting, dashboards, or data analysis is preferred.Strong stakeholder management, communication, ownership, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate across Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
