Rather than focusing on small interface tweaks, you'll tackle complex problems, rethink existing workflows and turn them into intuitive, high-impact experiences. You'll be expected to get hands-on: analysing product data, building working prototypes with modern AI tools and translating ideas into clear specifications that engineers can execute. What You'll DoTake ownership of product development, from identifying problems to shipping and measuring solutions.Work directly with the founder to shape product strategy, priorities and the overall roadmap.Simplify complex B2B marketplace workflows into intuitive, user-friendly web experiences.Build clickable, working prototypes using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Figma or similar.Dive into product analytics using SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel or comparable tools to identify opportunities and guide decisions.Lead significant product changes, including new workflows, redesigns and marketplace improvements.Write clear, concise product specifications that enable engineers to build with minimal back-and-forth.Define success metrics and measure the impact of product changes on activation, conversion, revenue and engagement.Collaborate closely with engineering and the founder to move quickly from ideas to production. What We're Looking For2–5 years of product experience, with at least two years working in product after completing your studies.Experience building and improving web-based products, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplaces or other complex software environments.A hands-on approach to prototyping, using AI-powered tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Figma or similar to turn ideas into working concepts.Strong analytical skills, including practical experience with SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel or other product analytics tools.A track record of shipping product improvements and demonstrating measurable results. The ability to think strategically while getting deep into implementation details.Strong product judgement, design sensibility and the ability to simplify complex problems.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with founders and engineers.A willingness to work in the SoHo office five days per week, with long working days of approximately 9 am to 9 pm.Former founders and engineers who have transitioned into product are welcome to apply. Recent graduates without at least two years of product experience are not suitable for this role. What Will Make You Stand Out?You've owned a product, feature or workflow end to end and can demonstrate measurable business impact. You've built working prototypes yourself rather than relying entirely on designers or engineers. You can explain how your own data analysis led to a specific product decision. You've led a substantial redesign, launched a new marketplace flow or delivered another significant product change. You write clear product specifications that engineering teams can execute independently. You've worked at a high-growth technology company such as Ramp, Figma, Coinbase, Airbnb or Apple, or have experience at an early-stage startup. You have experience in sports, live events, media buying or advertising technology. Why Join?Be the first product hire: Shape the product function and influence the company's direction from the ground up.Work directly with the founder: Become a key thought partner on product strategy, execution and engineering priorities.Own meaningful change: Lead substantial product improvements rather than spending your time on minor feature adjustments.Build with AI: Use the latest AI-powered tools to prototype, experiment and accelerate product development.Competitive compensation: Earn $150,000–$250,000 in base salary, plus 0.1–0.5% equity.Additional perks: Enjoy lunch, a travel and expense budget, and personalised benefits.Location & Working ArrangementsThis is an in-office position in SoHo, New York City, five days per week, with working hours typically around 9 am to 9 pm.
