• AI-powered personalization and automationOur ambition is to build from Riyadh and scale across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and international markets.Your MissionAs Product Manager, you will sit at the intersection of:Customer × Beauty × AI × Design × Engineering × BusinessYour responsibility is to turn customer problems and company strategy into products that can be shipped, measured and continuously improved.You will work directly with the Founder, CTO, Design, AI/ML, Engineering, Marketing and Business Development teams.You will help determine:What should we build?Why should we build it?Who are we building it for?What should we build first?How do we know whether it worked?Key Responsibilities
• Own and continuously develop AtheerB’s product roadmap
• Translate company strategy into clear product priorities
• Define product requirements and acceptance criteria
• Own the product backlog and prioritization process
• Lead product discovery with customers and internal teams
• Work closely with engineering from concept through production
• Collaborate with design on customer journeys, UX and prototypes
• Work with AI/ML teams to translate AI capabilities into customer value
• Define the experience for AI-powered skin and hair analysis
• Develop the AI Beauty Consultant customer journey
• Define personalized routine and recommendation experiences
• Build product and ingredient intelligence experiences
• Develop before/after progress tracking
• Own onboarding, activation and retention journeys
• Define experimentation and A/B testing strategies
• Establish product analytics and measurement frameworks
• Monitor customer behavior and identify friction points
• Conduct customer interviews and usability testing
• Analyze feedback and convert insights into product improvements
• Coordinate product releases
• Define MVP scope for new capabilities
• Manage dependencies across engineering, AI, design and commercial teams
• Maintain clear product documentation

• Mixpanel
• Amplitude
• GA4
• Hotjar or similar behavioral analytics tools
• SQL or data-querying tools
• Product experimentation platformsYou should know how to distinguish between vanity metrics and metrics that genuinely indicate product value.Customer ObsessionAtheerB is being built for real consumers—not internal presentations.We expect the Product Manager to regularly speak with customers.You should be willing to:
• Conduct customer interviews

• Study drop-off points

• Understand Saudi beauty consumers deeply
• Identify differences between Saudi, GCC and future global customersCustomer insight should continuously influence the roadmap.Arabic-First ThinkingAtheerB is being built from Riyadh.Arabic should not be treated as a secondary translation layer.The Product Manager will work with design and engineering to ensure AtheerB provides excellent experiences in both Arabic and English, including culturally relevant customer journeys and full RTL support.Understanding Saudi and GCC consumer behavior is a significant advantage.AI-Native Product ExecutionWe expect the Product Manager to be highly capable with modern AI tools.You should use AI to accelerate:
