Product Manager – GamingIndustry: IT Distribution (Gaming PCs & Laptops)Department: Product / Category ManagementReports to: Head of Category / General ManagerEmployment type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are looking for a Product Manager to own the gaming portfolio of a leading IT distributor in Dubai, covering high-end gaming laptops and desktops. You will manage vendor relationships, drive channel growth, and ensure the right products are available at the right price and margin for our reseller, retailer, system integrator, and e-tailer partners. This is a commercial role that sits between vendors, sales, marketing, and supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product portfolio, range planning, and lifecycle for gaming PC and laptop brandsTrack market trends, new GPU/CPU launches, competitor ranges, and gamer preferences in the UAE/GCCDecide which SKUs to introduce, push, or phase out, based on demand and profitabilityManage day-to-day relationships with brand partners (OEMs and component vendors)Negotiate pricing, allocations, rebates, margin structures, and marketing development funds (MDF)Coordinate product launches, allocations, and vendor business reviewsRegister and manage deals, promotions, and vendor programme targetsSet and monitor pricing strategy to protect margins while staying competitiveSupport the sales team with product knowledge, competitive positioning, and pricing guidancePrepare product training, sales tools, spec comparisons, and quotes for key deals, including bulk and tender quotes for e-sports arenas, gaming cafés, and corporate accountsPlan and run promotions, campaigns, and channel activations with vendors and the marketing teamMonitor sales, margin, stock turns, and market share by brand and product lineRequirementsExperience and education4–7 years in product management, category management, or vendor management within IT distribution, consumer electronics, or PC/gamingProven experience with gaming hardware, high-end laptops, or PCsBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
