Product Manager Intern — AtmetChatATMET · Remote (Saudi Arabia) · InternshipAtmetChat is a WhatsApp automation and AI customer service platform for online stores on Salla, Zid and Shopify. It runs on the WhatsApp Business Cloud API: order notifications, abandoned cart recovery, automated replies, and AI agents that handle customer conversations for merchants across Saudi Arabia. We're looking for a Product Manager Intern to help decide what we build next and make sure it ships properly. This is a technical product. You won't be writing production code, but you will be reading API documentation, tracing why a message failed to deliver, and writing specs an engineer can build from without coming back with ten questions. If that sounds interesting rather than intimidating, keep reading. What you'll actually doLearn the product deeply: the WhatsApp Cloud API, message templates and their approval rules, webhooks, and how our Salla, Zid and Shopify integrations workJoin merchant calls, find where the product falls short, and turn that into prioritized workWrite specs and user stories clear enough to build from, including edge cases and what happens when things failDig into usage data: where merchants drop off during onboarding, which automations they actually use, which ones break quietlyTest releases before they ship, especially the integration and delivery paths where failures are expensiveKeep the product documentation and help center accurateTrack what Salla, Zid and competing WhatsApp platforms are shipping, and tell us what matters and what doesn'tWho we're looking forComfortable with technical concepts. You should be able to read an API doc, understand what a webhook does, and explain the difference between the WhatsApp Business app and the WhatsApp Business API — or pick all three up quicklyStrong Arabic and English. You'll speak with merchants in Arabic and read technical documentation in EnglishAble to write clearly and precisely. Most of product management is writing, and vague writing produces the wrong featureComfortable with data. Spreadsheets at a minimum, SQL is a plusBonus: you've built something — a store, a script, an automation, a side project, an app. Anything you shipped that someone else usedWhat you getReal ownership from week one, across the whole product rather than one small sliceYou'll watch a feature go from a merchant's complaint to something live and used every dayA strong shot at a full-time offer if it works out both waysDetailsRemote. 3–6 months, full-time or part-time depending on your schedule. When you apply, add a short note answering this: pick any app you use often, name one specific thing you would change about it, and tell us why. A few lines is enough. We read every one.
