Product Manager - Media

Global Media: Product Manager (Senior Manager)Experience: 12+ YearsLocation: Bengaluru (work from office)Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the product roadmap globally, features enablement, and priorities for Media Planning System (MediaTools/Guideline).Work closely with Media Agency partners, Marketing & Media, Analytics, IT, and Compliance teams to align product priorities with business goals.Ensure the platform remains the single source of truth for media standards, operational processes and data.Drive adoption, user training, and continuous improvement based on usage data and feedback. Provide technical support to internal and external users.Own the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of Power BI media dashboards (performance, taxonomy, campaign metrics, etc.).Partner with key stakeholders, data analysts and BI developers to identify key KPIs, design visualizations, and ensure data accuracy and governance.Translate business needs into clear requirements and prioritize backlog in an agile environment.Define success metrics and monitor product(s) performance.Act as a subject matter expert on media processes and tooling within the organization.RequirementsProduct Management experience, ideally in media, marketing, SaaS, or analytics products.Strong experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) – dashboard development, KPIs, and data storytelling.Background in media workflows, digital asset management (DAM), or content governance tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.Agile methodology experience and familiarity with tools like Jira.
