The company maintains international alliances in countries such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, India, and New Zealand, and aims to expand into further markets.Role Description This is a full-time, Product Manager (Orthopedics) role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Product Manager will oversee the orthopedic product portfolio, including defining product strategy, positioning, and lifecycle management in alignment with company objectives. Daily tasks include conducting market and competitor analysis, identifying opportunities, and building data-driven business cases for new and existing orthopedic products. The role involves developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional materials in collaboration with marketing, sales, and medical teams. The Product Manager will support field teams with product training and tools, monitor sales performance and KPIs, and adjust tactics to drive market share and revenue .Qualifications Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related life sciences field; postgraduate studies in Marketing or Business Administration are an advantage.Professional experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry; prior exposure to orthopedic, musculoskeletal, or related therapeutic areas is highly preferred.Market and analytical skills: Strong market research, data analysis, and forecasting abilities, with a track record of making evidence-based commercial decisions.Marketing and commercial skills: Experience in product lifecycle management, brand positioning, pricing, and planning and executing marketing campaigns in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams, fostering alignment and shared accountability for results.Communication and presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to deliver clear product messaging and impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders.Planning and execution: Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Customer orientation: Demonstrated ability to understand healthcare professionals.
