Cooper Pharma has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality healthcare solutions through innovation, strategic partnerships, and a growing international footprint across Africa and the Middle East.As part of our continued regional expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Product Manager – OTC & Food Supplements to join our Dubai-based team and drive the growth of our consumer healthcare portfolio.Position SummaryThe Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that accelerate the growth of Cooper International's OTC and Food Supplement brands across the Middle East and Africa. The successful candidate will combine strong pharmaceutical marketing expertise with hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and omnichannel brand development.This role requires a commercially minded individual who enjoys working in an international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, distributors, and regional partners to deliver sustainable business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Product ManagementDevelop and implement strategic marketing plans for assigned OTC and Food Supplement brands.Build annual marketing plans, product launches, promotional campaigns, and lifecycle management strategies.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.Monitor product performance and recommend actions to maximize sales and profitability.Prepare product forecasts, pricing recommendations, and budget management.Pharmacy MarketingDevelop effective trade marketing initiatives targeting pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.Design promotional materials and educational campaigns adapted to regional markets.Collaborate with sales teams and distributors to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.Support field force effectiveness through product training and marketing tools.Digital Marketing & E-commerceDevelop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Manage brand presence on digital platforms and social media.Collaborate with e-commerce partners and online pharmacies to drive online sales and visibility.Monitor digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.Identify innovative digital opportunities to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.Business Development (Preferred)Support the evaluation of new OTC and Food Supplement licensing or partnership opportunities.Participate in product selection, market assessment, and commercial due diligence.Contribute to business cases for portfolio expansion.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams.Coordinate product launches across multiple markets.Ensure marketing activities comply with local regulations and company standards.Candidate ProfileRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Assistant Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.Proven experience managing OTC and/or Food Supplement portfolios.Solid understanding of pharmacy marketing and consumer healthcare.Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.Strong analytical and project management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Business Development, licensing, or portfolio expansion.Experience working across Middle East and/or African markets.MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing is an advantage.LanguagesFluent English (mandatory)Fluent French (mandatory)Arabic is a strong advantageWhat We OfferOpportunity to join one of the leading pharmaceutical groups in the Middle East and Africa.Exposure to regional and international markets.Dynamic, multicultural, and entrepreneurial work environment.Opportunity to shape the growth of an expanding OTC and Consumer Healthcare portfolio.Competitive remuneration package and performance-based incentives.Professional development and career growth within the Cooper Pharma Group.Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time
