Whether launching new brands, acquiring established ones, or unlocking growth opportunities across our portfolio, we move quickly, think globally and challenge conventional ways of working. The RolePricing is one of our biggest levers for revenue, margin and stock across the online marketplaces where SUMWON STUDIOS sells. We are building pricing that is automated, data led and powered by AI, able to respond to demand across every brand, country and marketplace we operate in. We never treat a pricing product as finished: we measure it, learn from it and keep making it better, while testing new ideas that could change how we price. As Product Manager, Pricing, reporting to the Head of Pricing, you will turn the pricing roadmap into live products, keep improving the pricing products already in use, bring new ideas to how we price and prove their impact, working closely with the AI team, Merchandising, Finance, Brand and Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesRoadmap and delivery: own the pricing product roadmap and backlog, turning the multi-brand pricing strategy into product requirements that reflect brand positioning and commercial goals, and take each product through build, testing, roll out and ongoing improvement.Continuous improvement: own the pricing products already in use end to end. Track how they perform, gather feedback from the teams who use them, find where results fall short and ship regular improvements that make them more accurate, faster and easier to use.Pricing logic: design the rules and models behind pricing and discount decisions using demand, stock health and margin data, with price ladders and guardrails that keep prices consistent and competitive across brands and countries.Advanced data driven pricing: partner with the AI team to deliver dynamic pricing, price elasticity modelling at product, brand and country level, markdown and price optimisation, launch pricing based on predicted product value, value based and competitor aware pricing, and seasonality and intraday pricing.Experimentation: design and run controlled price tests to measure the true impact of every pricing change, separate real results from noise, and use what we learn to decide what to scale, refine or stop.Innovation: keep up with new pricing methods, tools and AI developments, run small pilots to test promising ideas quickly, and bring the ones that work into the roadmap.Automation: deliver automated price publishing to the marketplaces we sell on, a layered price structure, performance alerts, promotion calendars and clearance pricing in one consistent flow.Stakeholders: translate commercial needs into technical requirements, align Merchandising, Finance and Brand, and present product performance and recommendations to senior leadership with clear commercial impact.Success measures: own product success measured by net sales, product margin, conversion, sell through and brand growth, as well as how widely the pricing products are adopted and how much they improve over time. What We’re Looking For4 to 6 years of experience, including at least 2 years in product management, ideally on pricing, revenue management or e-commerce products.Experience building pricing, revenue management or promotions products, ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces or fast fashion.Strong analytical skills with hands-on SQL, ideally Python and/or R, and a good understanding of pricing techniques such as price elasticity, markdown and price optimisation, and A/B testing.A track record of improving live products through measurement, user feedback and steady iteration, not just launching them.Curious and inventive, keeping up with developments in pricing, machine learning and AI, and turning them into practical ideas.Strong commercial sense of how price, margin, stock and demand interact.Able to influence many stakeholders and explain technical ideas in simple business language, with a bias for action in a fast moving business.Nice to have: a background in data science, machine learning or software engineering, or experience building tools with AI.What we'll bring25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days after your first year30% employee discount across SUMWON STUDIOS brandsOngoing learning and development opportunitiesCompany social eventsThe opportunity to work with a high-performing team building brands at global scaleWhy Join Us?
